Palo Seco Beach is just south of Jaco Beach which is one of the most popular beaches in all of Costa Rica. That said, Palo Seco Beach is a much quainter and quieter beach. People come here to get away from the crowds of Jaco. While it’s not one of the most popular Costa Rican land investment areas, it is one of the prettiest.
What it lacks in access to modern amenities it more than makes up for with breathtaking views and relaxing daily rhythms. That said, it’s close enough to Jaco beach so that that you’re never more than a short car ride away from civilization.
